Once the components return from anodization, they are fully assembled and placed back into specially designed rail fixtures. Here, the caps are torqued to specification over custom-made spacers, allowing the rings to firmly secure your optic. The final-bore matching occurs in our world-class machining centers, ensuring that each set of rings is precisely aligned. After machining, the rings are laser-marked as matched sets, with each set uniquely identified to guarantee compatibility with its precision-bored counterparts.
