Mack Bros SA EVO II

The Mack Brothers EVO II Stainless Steel DBM Short Action starts from a 416 heat treated billet, and is CNC machined in only two operations eliminating possible “tolerance stack” in the manufacturing process. The EVO II Short Action is available in DBM or BDL receiver bodies.

The DBM action comes with a self-indexing 17-4 stainless recoil lug, complete bolt, and 20 MOA aluminum Picatinny rail. The enhanced recoil lug adds thread tenon length for more contact with the barrel, increasing rigidity and overall precision in the rifle system. Additional features include a streamlined external bolt stop rotated five degrees above the stock line eliminating the need to inlet the stock for clearance. Tool-less fire control and extractor removal for ease of field maintenance.

The one piece bolt body is also CNC machined from a 2? round heat treated 4340 blank in only one operation and features a modified M16 style extractor. Each bolt is nitrided for reduced friction and superior durability. The bolt handle is threaded 1/4-28 and is compatible with two other bolt handle options that are available separately. These knobs are only compatible with the EVO Gen II bolt.  Available in standard, magnum, .223 , and 6 PPC bolt faces. All parts proudly made in America.
